Even though these salad bowl lids are as light and strong as plastic, they are Certified Compostable by CMA® to compost within 180 days in a commercial composting facility, which may not exist in your area. An eco-friendly Salad Bowl Lid, made from compostable materials, that is great for takeout restaurants, deli counters, and grocery stores. They are freezer-safe and suitable for cold foods, too.  These corn plastic salad bowl lids are perfect for the needs and requirements of the food service industry and any family or individual consumer concerned about sustainability.
