Frequently asked questions about produce trays.

What types of produce can be packaged in these compostable trays?

These produce trays are designed to handle a wide variety of produce, including raw and cooked produce, fruits, and vegetables and other foods. However, it's important to avoid packaging extremely hot or acidic foods directly in the trays, as this could affect their structural integrity.

Are these produce trays suitable for both retail and wholesale packaging?

Yes, these produce trays are versatile and can be used for both retail and wholesale packaging. They are available in various sizes to accommodate different packaging needs and can be customized with your company's branding.

How should these compostable trays be disposed of?

These trays are designed to be composted in commercial composting facilities. Please check with your local waste management provider to see if they accept compostable food packaging, as facilities are not available in all locations. If commercial composting is not available, these trays can be disposed of in the regular trash.
