Where can I buy compostable sandwich bags?

Green Paper Products has a wide range of compostable sandwich bags. These include resealable bags made from kraft paper, and compostable zipper close bags. Compostable bags from Green Paper Products are certified compostable by BPI, but are not designed for home composting.

Can I reuse compostable sandwich bags?

Yes, you can wash and reuse our zipper close bags. All four sizes of our compostable bags are able to be hand washed and reused. They are not dishwasher safe, so please hand wash and dry them.

Where are Eco-Baggeez resealable sandwich bags made?

Eco-Baggeez are made in the USA in upstate New York. They are made out of kraft paper and have a gum-based resealable tacky seal.

How long can I store food in compostable bags?

Because our zipper close bags are compostable, food can typically be stored in the bags for 2-3 days. After that, the moisture content of the food could change affecting the texture of the food.
