These PLA-lined containers use a corn-based resin lining instead of traditional lining to provide a barrier against liquid leakage. They are certified compostable by BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute) to compost within 180 days in a commercial compost facility, where accepted. These are made from plants, and are the perfect individual serving size for hot or cold foods! A great hot food container for curry, oatmeal, rice dishes, beans, chicken with a dip, etc. Or use it as a cold food container for granola, yogurt, fruit, or veggie cup, or a sustainable 12 oz bowl for ice cream! Great for take-out foods and leftovers!
