World Centric® 36-60 oz clear PLA box lids with a green stripe are made from corn resin, an annually renewable resource. These compostable tray lids are soak-proof and have no wax or coating. The perfect take-out lids that are great for cold items, durable, refrigerator-safe, and are Certified Compostable by CMA and TUV OK Compost Industrial to compost within 180 to compost within 180 days in a commercial composting facility, which are not available in all areas. With a perfect design for consumers and restaurant owners, these green stripe lids meet the new labeling requirements for compostable food service products in Washington State and Colorado. Effective in 2024, these laws require certain compostable products to be labeled in ways that make them “readily and easily identifiable” as compostable.
