GREEN PAPER PRODUCTS GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Green Paper Products (“Sponsor”), their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Winning is contingent upon fulfillment of all requirements set forth herein.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 1 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry during the Entry Period, you must complete both of the following steps:

  1. Follow Green Paper Products on at least one of these social-media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, or YouTube; and

  2. Submit your first name, last name, and a valid email address (and optional phone number) via the official Google Form located at https://greenpaperproducts.com/giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address regardless of the number of social-media channels followed. Automated or bulk entries and entries via third-party sites are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify that the selected winner satisfied the follow requirement before awarding the prize.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Bose SoundLink Max Portable Speaker, color: Black (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” $399). Bose Prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor will ship the prize, at its expense, to a U.S. street address provided by the winner.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

A random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted by Sponsor on Wednesday, September 3 2025 and streamed live on YouTube; the video will be embedded on the Giveaway page. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be announced during the live stream and contacted within five (5) business days via the email address (and phone number, if provided) submitted on the entry form. The potential winner must reply within five (5) business days after notification is sent. Failure to respond, failure to provide any required documentation, or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Publicity & Documentation

Except where prohibited, the winner must sign and return (i) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and (ii) a Publicity Release allowing Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV is under $600, no IRS Form 1099 will be issued.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Terms, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. In the event that the Giveaway is impaired in any way for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and social-media platforms from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from entry or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form is governed by the Green Paper Products Privacy Policy. Entrants will have the option to opt in to receive marketing emails and/or SMS messages from Sponsor; opting in is voluntary and not required to enter or win.

11. Social-Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Google, or Bose Corporation. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

12. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law rules.

14. Modification or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or these Terms at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
